Barry M. Wax has been practicing criminal defense law for more than 28 years, and has appeared in State and Federal Courts throughout the United States. He is dedicated to providing a personal, compassionate approach to the representation of individuals charged with criminal offenses. Mr. Wax has defended a wide range of cases with particular emphasis in complex criminal litigation including mortgage fraud, health care fraud, economic crimes, money laundering, grand jury investigations, first degree murder, capital (death penalty) litigation, and post conviction matters.
